Q Does it work on school WiFi?
Yes, that's what it's built for. Your traffic looks like normal encrypted browsing, so filters that block regular VPNs usually don't detect it. It's been tested on Australian school networks.
Q What devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac. It runs best on your own phone or a personal laptop. Heavily locked-down school Chromebooks that block installs can't run any VPN at all, so that's a device limit, not ours.
Q Where are the servers?
All of them are in Australia, in Sydney right now. That keeps latency low if you're in AU, and it's why your connection shows up as an Australian IP once you're on.
Q Will I get caught?
Your connection is encrypted and looks like ordinary HTTPS, so there's nothing obvious to flag. Using a VPN can still break your school's acceptable-use policy, though. That's between you and your school, so use it responsibly.
Q I paid but no email came.
Check your spam or junk folder first, the link email lands there sometimes. Still nothing after a bit? Message us with the email you ordered under and we'll resend it.
Q My antivirus blocks it.
Antivirus with HTTPS or web scanning (Bitdefender, Kaspersky, ESET, Avast) can get in the way of the tunnel. Turn off Encrypted / SSL web scan, or add the app to its exceptions. Message us if you want a hand.
Q No card. How do I pay?
