Get connected in about two minutes.

You'll need your personal link (in your welcome email) and a free app. Pick your device below and follow along. If the welcome email isn't in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

01  / Install & connect

Choose your device.

  1. Install Hiddify

    Open the App Store, search Hiddify, and tap Get. (Free, no account.)

  2. Copy your link

    Open your welcome email and copy your personal vless:// link (press and hold → Copy).

  3. Add it to Hiddify

    Open Hiddify → tap ＋ (top-right) → Add from clipboard. Your server appears automatically.

  4. Connect

    Tap the big power button. Accept the one-time VPN permission prompt from iOS. That's it, you're through.

    Open the Play Store, search Hiddify, install it. (If your store blocks it, message us for the APK.)

  2. Copy your link

    Open your welcome email and copy your personal vless:// link.

  3. Add it to Hiddify

    Open Hiddify → ＋ → Add from clipboard (or Import from URL). It imports your server.

  4. Connect

    Tap the power button, accept the VPN permission prompt. Connected.

  1. Download Hiddify

    Go to hiddify.com → Download → Windows, and run the installer.

  2. Copy your link

    Copy your personal vless:// link from your welcome email.

  3. Add it to Hiddify

    Open Hiddify → New profile → Add from clipboard → it loads your server.

  4. Connect

    Click the connect button. If Windows asks, allow it to add a VPN/tunnel adapter.

Snapdragon / ARM laptop? (Surface, most new Copilot+ PCs.) Hiddify has no ARM build yet. Use v2rayN instead: download the arm64 build from v2rayN releases, then Servers → Import bulk URL from clipboard, right-click your server → Set as active, set the proxy to Set system proxy, and connect. Stuck? Message us and we'll send the exact file.

    Get Hiddify from the Mac App Store, or from hiddify.com → Download → macOS.

  2. Copy your link

    Copy your personal vless:// link from your welcome email.

  3. Add it to Hiddify

    Open Hiddify → ＋ → Add from clipboard → your server appears.

  4. Connect

    Click connect and allow the one-time VPN permission. You're on.

02  / Check it's working

Make sure you're tunnelled.

Connected? Search "what is my IP".

It should show a Sydney, Australia location, not your home or school. Then open a site that's normally blocked and it should load. If you see Sydney, you're all set.

03  / Troubleshooting

If something's off.

It won't connect / says "received real certificate"
Your antivirus is almost certainly scanning HTTPS and getting in the way. In Bitdefender / Kaspersky / ESET / Avast, turn off Encrypted / SSL web scan, or add the Hiddify (or v2rayN) app to its exceptions. Reconnect. Still stuck? Message us.
Connected, but pages won't load
Toggle the connection off and back on. Make sure your device's clock is set to automatic (a wrong clock breaks the tunnel). On a laptop, try switching Hiddify to Proxy mode in its settings.
It's slow
Disconnect and reconnect first. If it's still slow, message us and we can move you to a fresher server.
It worked, then stopped at school
The school may have blocked that server. Message us and we'll rotate you to a fresh link, usually the same day. Your subscription keeps running, so there's nothing to re-buy.
I lost my link
No worries, message us with the email you ordered under and we'll resend it.
Nothing installs on my school Chromebook
Fully locked-down, school-managed Chromebooks block all app installs, so no VPN can run on them. That's a device restriction, not HyperTunnel. Use your own phone on the school WiFi instead and it works fine.
